Vahki (Va'akih)

Information on Vahki (Va'akih)

The total land mass for the area is: five thousand, three hundred and seventy four square miles. This is equivalent to about fourteen thousand square kilometres. There are over eight thousand housing units in the area. The challenge for this area is falling house prices. In the midst of a recession, potential buyers are not paying enough attention to Vahki (Va'akih). This is not something that is unique within the United States of America because everyone seems to have been affected by the recession. In all fairness some of the major players are better at controlling the inflation than others. However the overriding principle is that the markets are facing pressure.

The population in Vahki (Va'akih) is varied and productive. That means that there is no danger that this will become some sort of quiet retirement home. In fact there is plenty of evidence to suggest that the area will continue to develop in line with the trends that show that Arizona can recover. Sometimes a community needs to adjust the ways in which it makes money so that there is a good balance of economic ventures. It seems that this community has been adept at adjusting to the changes in the market. The elders are instrumental in ensuring a sustainable development model.

The future of Vahki (Va'akih)

Like many towns in the USA, this locality will experience an influx of people from other states. There is an increase in labour mobility across the USA because the difficulty in economic circumstances has meant that the labour force is constantly looking for greener pastures. They will go to the localities where they feel that there is a possibility of earning more money. That means that relatively small towns such as Vahki (Va'akih) need to prepare for an influx of new people.

This is not a bad thing at all because it allows the community to renew its population and to have a welcoming stance for those people who are looking for work. In any case the locality is exposed to the metropolitan look of Phoenix. It also has the cultural elements of the Gila River Indian Community. This is the best of worlds and it covers all the needs that the town is bound to have in the near future. As for the recession, there are signs that it is already receding. That offers towns the opportunity to recover.
